What is a 10 Hole Brick?

The 10 Hole Brick is an IS 1077 standard kiln-fired clay brick with ten cylindrical perforations (20–24mm diameter) running through its length. The high number of voids removes a significant amount of clay per brick — roughly 25% lighter than an equivalent solid brick — while the trapped air improves thermal insulation.
Golden Bricks Co. manufactures 10 Hole Bricks in the IS 1077 standard 230×114×76mm size at our kiln in Ambala, Haryana, with compressive strength of ≥70 kg/cm² and water absorption under 20% — suitable for partition and non-load-bearing walls up to G+2 (ground + 2 floors).
